Dawn McNulty

RYT-200

Dawn McNulty (200HR RYT with a 5hr Yoga For Cancer certification) initially found her way to a yoga mat to address functional hip and back issues.  Her regular practice helps her maintain strength, stability, and flexibility.  In 2017, Dawn and her husband Tom, lost their middle child, Madeleine, to a seizure.  Following this tremendous loss, Dawn found that yoga gifted her one hour of the day to “lay down her grief” AND it gave her the strength to pick it back up again and to find renewed joy in life.  Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023, Dawn is a survivor following a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction.  Once again, she found her yoga practice essential for her body and her mind.  Her passion is to help others find peace in their minds, peace in their words, and peace in their hearts through yoga. Her goal is to welcome everyone to the mat so they may find balance, stability and flexibility in both body and mind.  Keenly focused on helping people maintain functional movement throughout their lives Dawn aims to meet every student exactly where they are in their yoga journey. Dawn teaches vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on connecting breath to movement with intention, encouraging the cultivation of a balance in mind and body. All experience levels are welcome as Dawn cues a variety of options within poses.  Her classes will help you develop strength, mobility, and flexibility both inside and out, moving you ever closer to greater balance and well-being.
