This is a guided meditation that I recorded to share with everyone. It is a basic breathing meditation, similar to mindfulness meditation. This is a good place to start if you are looking into meditating on a daily basis. I would recommend meditating for at least 10 - 15 minutes a day to start out. Meditation has many benefits and can help with all aspects of your life.
